Our standard shipping and transit times are 5-7 business days. At this time, we can not accommodate expedited or express shipping.

The standard shipping cost is calculated based on the combined weight of the items in your order. The shipping cost for your order is displayed in your cart at checkout.

Can I change my order?
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We cannot make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

What is your return and exchange policy?
The quality of our products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. A Personal Zoom Room is a license that belongs to an individual and allows the individual who owns the account to hold a meeting on their device.

A Microsoft Teams Room license is required to operate a Teams Room conferencing device installed in a conference room. But anyone who uses the device can hold a conference. A Personal Microsoft Teams license is a license that belongs to an individual and allows the individual who owns the account to hold a meeting on their device.
What does BYOD mean?
Bring your own device or (BYOD) allows users to bring their personal laptop, phone, or tablet to the video conference room and use their preferred video conferencing application.
