Our Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We cannot make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Chester Springs AV is not responsible for delivery delays or any other issues once your order leaves our location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

When you place an order on chesterspringsav.com, your credit card or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to insure funds for your order are available. Once your order has shipped you will be charged and receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Track Your Order

To track your order, please click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You can then view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories. Orders typically are shipped the day after purchase via standard shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and US Territories shipment times will be longer.

Our standard shipping and transit times are 5-7 business days. At this time, we can not accommodate expedited or express shipping.

The standard shipping cost is calculated based on the combined weight of the items in your order. The shipping cost for your order is displayed in your cart at checkout.
